Kompletn\u00ed p\u0159edmont\u00e1\u017e, jak\u00e1 se prov\u00e1d\u00ed u men\u0161\u00edch sloupov\u00fdch zved\u00e1k\u016f, nebyla vzhledem k velikosti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1.<\/p>\n          <p>Jednotliv\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti byly ji\u017e nalo\u017eeny na n\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u016fz tak, aby je bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vylo\u017eit a dopravit dovnit\u0159 ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed.<\/p>\n          <p>Na\u0161e technici p\u0159ipevnili d\u00edly k je\u0159\u00e1bu a je\u0159\u00e1bn\u00edk z\u00e1kazn\u00edka je zvedl na m\u00edsto s milimetrovou p\u0159esnost\u00ed. Roletov\u00e1 vrata se automaticky otev\u0159ou, jakmile v\u00fdtah doraz\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou stanici. V\u00fdtah se rozjede teprve tehdy, a\u017e budou v\u0161echna vrata \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b uzav\u0159ena.<\/p>\n          <p>V pozad\u00ed, \u00fapln\u011b naho\u0159e na obr\u00e1zku, je vid\u011bt roletov\u00e1 br\u00e1na hor\u0161\u00ed zast\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n          <p>Vlevo a vpravo od plo\u0161iny stoj\u00ed dva zvedac\u00ed sloupy. Plo\u0161ina je k t\u011bmto sloup\u016fm p\u0159ipevn\u011bna. Kdy\u017e se v\u00e1lce sloup\u016f vysunou, plo\u0161ina se ve st\u0159edu zvedne. Princip zved\u00e1n\u00ed je podobn\u00fd jako u zdvihac\u00edho sto\u017e\u00e1ru vysokozdvi\u017en\u00e9ho voz\u00edku.<\/p>\n          <p>Na obou stran\u00e1ch sto\u017e\u00e1ru je namontov\u00e1no pevn\u00e9 z\u00e1bradl\u00ed, na obou nakl\u00e1dac\u00edch stran\u00e1ch jsou namontov\u00e1na dvouk\u0159\u00eddl\u00e1 oto\u010dn\u00e1 vrata. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017ee, uveden\u00ed do provozu a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch se\u0159izovac\u00edch j\u00edzd\u00e1ch se n\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdtah zat\u00ed\u017e\u00ed b\u0159emenem. Toto b\u0159emeno mus\u00ed poskytnout z\u00e1kazn\u00edk.<\/p>\n          <p>V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdtah nosnost 4000 kg, proto bylo na plo\u0161inu um\u00edst\u011bno zku\u0161ebn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed o hmotnosti 4400 kg \u2013 10% (p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed).
