Viele pers\u00f6nliche und virtuelle Treffen, viele Telefonate und unz\u00e4hlige Projektierungs- und Montagestunden sp\u00e4ter k\u00f6nnen wir stolz sein, so eine Meisterleistung erbracht zu haben.<\/p>\n        <p>Am Schilthorn im Kanton Bern, Schweiz, entsteht ein beeindruckendes Projekt: Der Bau neuer Seilbahnen verspricht nicht nur Komfort f\u00fcr die Passagiere, sondern beeindruckt auch durch eine logistische Meisterleistung beim Transport von G\u00fctern. Auf der Strecke zwischen Stechelberg, der Talstation, und M\u00fcrren, der Bergstation, wurde ein einzigartiges System f\u00fcr den G\u00fctertransport entwickelt.<\/p>\n        <p>Eine Pendelbahn f\u00fcr 85 Personen sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass nicht nur die Besucher, sondern auch verschiedenste Materialien und St\u00fcckg\u00fcter sicher und effizient an ihr Ziel gelangen \u2013 und das durch ein cleveres Unterlast-Transportsystem.<\/p>\n        <p>Dabei wird nichts dem Zufall \u00fcberlassen. Normale St\u00fcckg\u00fcter werden in spezialangefertigten Containern transportiert, die durch ein pr\u00e4zise arbeitendes Kransystem vollautomatisch unter die Kabinen geh\u00e4ngt werden. Hier ist das technische K\u00f6nnen der Projektverantwortlichen gefragt: Mit Hilfe massiver Hubtische, die unterhalb der Kabinen installiert sind, wird die schwere Last angehoben und in Position gebracht. Die Hubtische werden zun\u00e4chst auf Bodenniveau herabgesenkt, um das Transportgut darunter zu man\u00f6vrieren. Sobald alles an seinem Platz ist, beginnt der spannende Moment des Anhebens.<\/p>\n          <p>Zentimeter f\u00fcr Zentimeter wird die Sonderlast vorsichtig unter die Kabine gehoben, bevor sie dann pr\u00e4zise daran befestigt wird.<\/p>\n          <p>Erst wenn der Hubtisch wieder vollst\u00e4ndig abgesenkt ist, kann die Kabine ihre Reise mit der Sonderlast beginnen \u2013 ein Kraftakt, der Pr\u00e4zision und Koordination erfordert. Am Zielort angekommen, l\u00e4uft das Prozedere in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ab: Langsam hebt der Hubtisch die Last wieder an, und die Kabine wird entlastet. Der Kunde hat uns sein Lastenheft mit den groben Anforderungen zugeschickt.<\/p>\n          <p>2 St\u00fcck Scherenhubtische mit jeweils 10.000kg Traglast und einer Plattformgr\u00f6\u00dfe von 9 x 5 Metern. Der Nutzhub wurde mit 2 Meter angegeben. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, 4 kleinere Hubtische zu bauen und diese dann vor Ort zu verbinden.<\/p>\n          <p>Auf dem Bild sind 3 dieser Hubtische bereits in die Baugrube eingebaut. Der vierte und letzte Teil wird vom Baukran zentimetergenau an seine Position gehoben. Dort angekommen, haben unsere Techniker den Hubtisch exakt ausgerichtet und mit den restlichen Komponenten verschraubt.<\/p>\n          <p>Die mittleren Plattformabdeckungen haben wir f\u00fcr den Probelauf noch weggelassen, damit man f\u00fcr Nachbesserungen immer leicht zu allen Komponenten des XXL-Hubtisches dazu kommt.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"ht-zigzag-row\">\n        <div class=\"ht-zigzag-img-col\">\n          <div class=\"ht-zigzag-img-wrapper\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hubtisch.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Hubtisch-fertig.jpg\" alt=\"Hubtisch fertig\" loading=\"lazy\">\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"ht-zigzag-text-col\">\n          <h3>Inbetriebnahme, Einschulung und \u00dcbergabe<\/h3>\n          <p>Nach den Probel\u00e4ufen wurden die letzten Plattformabdeckungen montiert und die Inbetriebnahme durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n          <p>Anschlie\u00dfend haben wir den Kunden \u2013 den Seilbahnbauer \u2013 und den sp\u00e4teren Betreiber umfassend eingeschult. Die vier Plattformen sind zwar miteinander verschraubt, w\u00fcrden aber bei ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilter Last nicht exakt gleichzeitig anheben.<\/p>\n          <p>Aus diesem Grund haben wir einen hydraulischen Mehrfach-Mengenteiler verbaut.
