Durch seine Recherche ist er auf die maluk Autohubtische mit Baldachin gesto\u00dfen.<\/p>\n        <p>Im ersten Schritt haben wir ein Angebot mit Lieferung, Montage und Einschulung erstellt und einige Skizzen und Bilder zugesendet. Nach einigen \u00c4nderungen und Erg\u00e4nzungen der Sonderw\u00fcnsche haben wir die Bestellung des Kunden erhalten.<\/p>\n        <p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt haben wir einen Schachtplan erstellt. In diesem sieht man nicht nur die Abmessungen vom Fahrschacht, sondern auch alle notwendigen Einbauten. Es werden Leerrohre f\u00fcr die Steuerung und das Tor ben\u00f6tigt, ein Abfluss und eine Stromzuleitung. Ebenso wird ein Stellplatz f\u00fcr den Motor und die Steuerung mit ausreichender Beleuchtung geplant.<\/p>\n        <p>Nach Freigabe des Planes und der Anlagenzeichnung startet die Fertigung. Der Autohubtisch hat eine Traglast von 10.000 kg, da er nicht nur einen PKW, sondern auch den Baldachin und den Pflasterbelag heben muss. Die Plattform hat eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 5500 x 2850 mm. Diese k\u00f6nnen wir auf Kundenwunsch in jeder beliebigen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe fertigen.<\/p>\n        <p>Der notwendige Hub bei diesem Projekt war mit 3000 mm festgelegt. Auch den Hub k\u00f6nnen wir auf Kundenwunsch liefern. In dieser Position f\u00e4hrt man mit dem Auto auf die Plattform.<\/p>\n            <p>Anschlie\u00dfen muss man aussteigen und den Hubtisch mit Baldachin samt PKW nach unten absenken. Die Steuerung erfolgt im Totmann-Betrieb, ausschlie\u00dflich von der oberen Haltestelle aus. Der Bediener ist daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass w\u00e4hren des Hubvorganges keine Personen oder andere Hindernisse in der N\u00e4he der Hebeanlage sind.<\/p>\n            <p>Unter dem Baldachin sieht man noch die von unser verbaute Beleuchtung. Mitfahrt ist zwar verboten, aber der Kunde wollte f\u00fcr das Ausparken im Keller ausreichend Licht haben.<\/p>\n            <p>In dieser Position ist der Hubtisch mit einer Bolzenverriegelung gesichert. Das hei\u00dft der Hubtisch liegt auf 4 Bolzen, welche sich in der Wand des Kunden abst\u00fctzen auf. Umlaufend hat man nur einen kleinen Spalt.<\/p>\n            <p>Die Unterseite des Daches ragt in ein umlaufenes Rigol und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass kein Oberfl\u00e4chenwasser in die Schachtgrube rinnt.<\/p>\n            <p>In die Wanne wird noch kundenseits ein Pflasterbelag eingelegt, damit die Anlage in der Einfahrt kaum sichtbar verschwindet.<\/p>\n            <p>Der Bereich kann dann mit einem weiteren Auto befahren werden.
