Na\u0161e autov\u00fdtahy nejsou schv\u00e1leny pro p\u0159epravu osob!<\/p>\n\n        <p>\u00dakolem u tohoto projektu bylo p\u0159epravovat autokaros\u00e1rn\u011b auta z doln\u00edho podla\u017e\u00ed d\u00edlny do horn\u00edho. Platforma byla navr\u017eena o d\u00e9lce 5700 mm a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 4000 mm. Obvykle se u autov\u00fdtah\u016f vysta\u010d\u00ed s men\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159kou plo\u0161iny, av\u0161ak zde se auta v d\u00edln\u011b na <a href=\"https:\/\/hubtisch.info\/cs\/autozdvihaci-stoly\/\" title=\"Auton\u00edlek\">Auton\u00edlek<\/a> posunuto. Aby tyto bez n\u00e1razu na <b>Autov\u00fdtah <\/b>se mohou posouvat, rozhodli jsme se pro speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku.<br>Nosnost tohoto <b>Zvedac\u00ed st\u016fl na auta<\/b> s 4000 kg je sice u\u017e nad b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky, ale pro na\u0161e techniky hrav\u011b \u0159e\u0161iteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"ht-section-title\">\n    <h3 lang=\"de\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh projektu \u201eAutolift\u201c<\/h3>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"ht-container\">\n    <div class=\"ht-intro-block\">\n      <p>Prvn\u00edm krokem v tomto projektu bylo, \u017ee se u n\u00e1s architekt informoval o autov\u00fdtaz\u00edch. U takov\u00fdch dotaz\u016f p\u0159edem porad\u00edme po telefonu nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby i osobn\u011b na m\u00edst\u011b a d\u00e1me praktick\u00e9 tipy. Jakmile bylo jasn\u00e9, co je pot\u0159eba, vytvo\u0159ili jsme bezplatnou nab\u00eddku.<br>Druh\u00fdm krokem byla obchodn\u00ed dohoda se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem a stanoven\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho term\u00ednu dod\u00e1n\u00ed. Standardn\u011b se u takov\u00fdch <b>Autohubtischen <\/b>po\u010d\u00edtat s cca 15 pracovn\u00edmi t\u00fddny. <br>V dal\u0161\u00edm kroku jsme vypracovali pl\u00e1n \u0161achty a v\u00fdkres za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V pl\u00e1nu \u0161achty jsou tak\u00e9 vyzna\u010deny v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 trubky pro po\u017eadovan\u00e9 komponenty a rozm\u011bry vrat. Po doladen\u00ed detail\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke schv\u00e1len\u00ed na\u0161ich v\u00fdkres\u016f. V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi se tak\u00e9 zab\u00fdv\u00e1me \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi po\u017eadavky, jako je nap\u0159. funkce pro p\u0159\u00edpad po\u017e\u00e1ru.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Po v\u00fdrob\u011b bude <a href=\"https:\/\/hubtisch.info\/cs\/\" title=\"Zvedac\u00ed st\u016fl\">Zvedac\u00ed st\u016fl<\/a> doru\u010deno z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi a je\u0159\u00e1bem usazeno. U tohoto projektu jsme mohli <b>Autov\u00fdtah<\/b>, kter\u00fd byl dod\u00e1n ji\u017e kompletn\u011b smontovan\u00fd, jsme zvedli automobilov\u00fdm je\u0159\u00e1bem p\u0159es otev\u0159enou st\u0159echu. Teprve po uzav\u0159en\u00ed st\u0159echy jsme pokra\u010dovali v mont\u00e1\u017ei a uveden\u00ed do provozu. V\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu v tomto projektu p\u0159esahuje 4 metry.<\/p>\n          <p>Aby nikdo nemohl spadnout z horn\u00edho patra dol\u016f, kdy\u017e se jevi\u0161t\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed dole, ale tak\u00e9 aby nikdo nemohl vl\u00e9zt pod jevi\u0161t\u011b, kdy\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v horn\u00ed stanici, jsme zde v obou stanic\u00edch nainstalovali rolovac\u00ed vrata.<\/p>\n          <p>Vrata jsou vybaven\u00e1 nucen\u011b sp\u00ednan\u00fdmi kontakty \/ blokov\u00e1n\u00edm a jsou propojena s \u0159\u00eddic\u00edm syst\u00e9mem v\u00fdtahu. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dan\u00e1 vrata lze otev\u0159\u00edt pouze tehdy, kdy\u017e se autov\u00fdtah nach\u00e1z\u00ed v t\u00e9to pozici. Pot\u00e9 se zvedac\u00ed st\u016fl spou\u0161t\u00ed dol\u016f, dokud nedosadne na protikusy ve zdi. Tyto \u00fachytov\u00e9 kapsy zas\u00edl\u00e1me p\u0159edem, aby mohly b\u00fdt zabetonov\u00e1ny na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b.
