To meet the customer&#039;s requirements, the platform was generously dimensioned: with an area of 3200 x 3000 mm, it offers enough space to transport up to six pallets simultaneously.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          The order included not only the lift itself, but also the construction of the entire self-supporting shaft system including the automatic roller doors at the stops. The shaft was clad in durable trapezoidal sheet metal that meets both the high load requirements and safety standards. Complete pre-assembly as with smaller column jacks was not possible due to the size.<\/p>\n          <p>The individual components were already loaded onto the truck so that they could be unloaded and installed in the correct order.<\/p>\n          <p>Our technicians attached the parts to the crane, and the customer&#039;s crane operator lifted them into position with millimeter precision. The lift only starts moving again when all doors are properly closed.<\/p>\n          <p>In the background, at the very top of the picture, you can see the roller shutter of the upper stop.<\/p>\n          <p>The two lifting columns are located to the left and right of the platform. The platform is attached to these columns. When the cylinder of the columns extends, the platform in the middle is lifted. The lifting principle is similar to that of a forklift mast.<\/p>\n          <p>A fixed railing is mounted on both sides of the mast, and double-leaf swing gates are mounted on the two loading sides. After assembly, commissioning and the corresponding adjustment runs, the goods lift is loaded with a load. This load must be provided by the customer.<\/p>\n          <p>In our case, the freight elevator has a load capacity of 4000 kg, therefore a test load of 4400 kg \u2013 10% overload \u2013 was placed on the platform.
