After initial discussions and the concept phase, we jointly decided on a double-scissor lift solution. We developed a prototype, validated the mechanics, safety, and ATEX concept at the customer&#039;s site, and subsequently transferred the tested design into series production of 24 units.<\/p>\n        <p>The load capacity was set at 3000 kg. The platform size of 2250 x 1150 mm and the effective stroke of 2200 mm were determined after extensive testing.<\/p>\n        <p>A canopy was erected on the lifting platform. Equipment such as a hose reel is stored on the platform, protected beneath the canopy. When lowered, the lifting platforms disappear invisibly into the ground. As soon as refueling or other maintenance is required on an aircraft, the lifting platforms are raised and the tools are made available.<\/p>\n        <p>The lifting tables themselves are installed outdoors in ATEX Zone 1. The power units and control system were mounted in a protected area outside the zone. It was important that no damage occurred during transport or loading.
