                              <p>Unser Kunde, eine Werkstatt und Ford Vertragsh\u00e4ndler, war auf der Suche nach einer leistbaren L\u00f6sung seine Kundenfahrzeuge ins obere Stockwerk zu heben. Ein KFZ-Aufzug mit Personenbef\u00f6rderung war schlichtweg zu teuer, weshalb der Kunde auf uns zugekommen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgabe war es, im unteren Stockwerk die Durchfahrt zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und zus\u00e4tzlich Autos, Kastenwagen und Waren in den oberen Stock heben zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch, dass die Grubentiefe baulich stark eingeschr\u00e4nkt war, haben wir keinen Autohubtisch gew\u00e4hlt, sondern einen S\u00e4ulenheber. Dieser hat den Vorteil, dass die Grube nicht so tief gebaut werden muss wie bei einem Hubtisch.<\/p>\n<p>Im Erdgeschoss, welches sich auf Stra\u00dfenniveau befindet, haben wir au\u00dfen ein Rolltor montiert. Auf der Innenseite im Erdgeschoss ein Gittertor. Die beiden T\u00fcrfl\u00fcgel werden mit einem Zwangskontakt \u00fcberwacht. Das bedeutet, dass die Anlage nur nach oben hebt, wenn dieses Tor geschlossen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00e4u\u00dfere Seite wurde mi einem Rolltor abgesichert. Dieses hat auch eine entsprechende W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung, damit im Winter keine kalte Luft bzw. im Sommer hei\u00dfe Luft ins Geb\u00e4ude str\u00f6mt. Bei der Planung ist darauf zu achten, dass man Leerrohre oder Kabelwege vorsieht, damit man mit den Stromleitungen sowie der Hydraulikleitung vom Schacht zum Aufstellort der Technik gelangt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei vielen Baustellen wird diese \u201eKleinigkeit\u201c leider vergessen, dann muss nachtr\u00e4glich gebohrt oder gestemmt werden.
