ht-richtext\">\n                                                <p>Der <strong>Hubtisch im K\u00f6lner Dom<\/strong> ist kein allt\u00e4gliches Projekt. F\u00fcr die neue <strong>Marienorgel im K\u00f6lner Dom<\/strong> durften wir die Hubtechnik liefern, mit der das komplette Instrument angehoben werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die neue Orgel wurde von der <strong>Johannes Klais Orgelbau GmbH<\/strong> aus Bonn gebaut und am 14. Juni 2026 feierlich eingeweiht. Das Besondere an der Konstruktion: Die gesamte Orgel steht auf einem von uns gelieferten <strong>Scherenhubtisch<\/strong>. Wird dieser angehoben, ver\u00e4ndert sich die Position der Orgel und damit auch die Abstrahlung des Klangs. In der oberen Position kann der Klang gezielt \u00fcber die Chorstallen in den Binnenchor geleitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Was sp\u00e4ter auf Knopfdruck funktioniert, war in der Umsetzung allerdings alles andere als einfach. Dem Projekt ging eine lange Planungs- und Abstimmungsphase voraus. <strong>Denkmalschutz, Genehmigungen, Statik, verf\u00fcgbare Einbauverh\u00e4ltnisse und die optische Integration der Technik<\/strong> mussten miteinander in Einklang gebracht werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hubtechnik als Teil des Orgelkonzepts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die neue Marienorgel ist nicht einfach nur auf einem Podest aufgestellt. Der komplette Orgelkorpus wird durch den darunterliegenden Scherenhubtisch vertikal bewegt.<\/p>\n<p>Damit wird der Hubtisch zu einem wesentlichen Bestandteil des Gesamtkonzepts: In abgesenkter Position dient die Orgel vor allem der Marienkapelle. Wird sie angehoben, kann sich der Klang st\u00e4rker in Richtung Binnenchor ausbreiten. Im K\u00f6lner Dom kamen zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen hinzu.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hubtechnik befindet sich in einem historisch und architektonisch besonders sensiblen Umfeld. Entsprechend umfangreich waren die Abstimmungen hinsichtlich Denkmalschutz, Genehmigung, Einbausituation und Gestaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits vor dem Einbau der neuen Marienorgel wurde die bestehende Orgel entfernt, damit die historisch wertvollen Chorschrankenmalereien dahinter restauriert und konserviert werden konnten. Das zeigt, wie sensibel Eingriffe in diesem Bereich des Doms behandelt werden mussten.<\/p>\n<p>Die technische Konstruktion sollte zuverl\u00e4ssig funktionieren, durfte sich optisch aber nicht in den Vordergrund dr\u00e4ngen. In einem historischen Bauwerk k\u00f6nnen Einbringung und Befestigung nicht wie in einer gew\u00f6hnlichen Industriehalle erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits beim Transport der Bauteile zum Einbauort musste besonders auf die vorhandenen B\u00f6den und die zul\u00e4ssige Lastverteilung geachtet werden. Gleichzeitig galt es, historische Bauteile, Statuen, Sitzb\u00e4nke und weitere Einrichtungen im direkten Umfeld zuverl\u00e4ssig zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch bei der Befestigung des Hubtisches war h\u00f6chste Pr\u00e4zision gefragt. Bohrungen, Auflagepunkte und die Einleitung der Kr\u00e4fte in den Bestand mussten genau abgestimmt werden. Die Technik tritt optisch bewusst in den Hintergrund \u2013 sichtbar bleibt in erster Linie die Orgel selbst.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade in einem denkmalgesch\u00fctzten Bauwerk wie dem K\u00f6lner Dom war diese zur\u00fcckhaltende Integration ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Planung.
