Podmienky, za ktor\u00fdch sa mala dod\u00e1vka uskuto\u010dni\u0165, n\u00e1s v\u0161ak postavili pred osobitn\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Po prv\u00e9, cel\u00e1 dod\u00e1vka musela by\u0165 dokon\u010den\u00e1 v extr\u00e9mne kr\u00e1tkom \u010dasovom horizonte iba 7 pracovn\u00fdch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Za norm\u00e1lnych okolnost\u00ed si v\u00fdroba tak\u00fdchto zdv\u00edhac\u00edch stolov na mieru vy\u017eaduje dlh\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00fd \u010das, preto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd krok - od obstarania materi\u00e1lu a\u017e po v\u00fdrobu a kontrolu kvality - sa starostlivo pl\u00e1nuje a vykon\u00e1va. Tak\u00fdto nap\u00e4t\u00fd harmonogram si preto vy\u017eadoval presn\u00fa koordin\u00e1ciu procesov a pln\u00e9 nasadenie n\u00e1\u0161ho t\u00edmu, aby sme dodr\u017eali term\u00edny.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Okrem toho z\u00e1kazn\u00edk po\u017eadoval, aby bolo 9 zdv\u00edhac\u00edch stolov \u00faplne pozinkovan\u00fdch, aby boli chr\u00e1nen\u00e9 pred kor\u00f3ziou a sp\u013a\u0148ali tak vysok\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 normy potravin\u00e1rskeho priemyslu. Proces pozinkovania je technicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, preto\u017ee mus\u00ed zabezpe\u010di\u0165 rovnomern\u00e9 pokrytie v\u0161etk\u00fdch povrchov, aby sa zaru\u010dila dlh\u00e1 \u017eivotnos\u0165 a vysok\u00e1 odolnos\u0165. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa to muselo zrealizova\u0165 v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dasovom r\u00e1mci bez toho, aby sa zn\u00ed\u017eila kvalita.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Napriek \u010dasovej a technickej n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti sme sa rozhodli t\u00fato n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa \u00falohu prija\u0165. V\u010faka d\u00f4kladn\u00e9mu pl\u00e1novaniu, optimaliz\u00e1cii v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesov a nasadeniu na\u0161ich zamestnancov sme dok\u00e1zali splni\u0165 v\u0161etky po\u017eiadavky z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Nakoniec sa n\u00e1m podarilo doda\u0165 9 no\u017enicov\u00fdch zdv\u00edhac\u00edch stolov na\u010das a v \u0161pi\u010dkovej kvalite. Po n\u00e1vrate sme ich pripravili na mont\u00e1\u017e vo v\u00fdrobe.<\/p>\n          <p>Pozinkovanie vykon\u00e1va partner v bl\u00edzkosti v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu.
