Zdvih\u00e1k bol nain\u0161talovan\u00fd v \u0161achte tak, aby sa dal ovl\u00e1da\u0165 z oboch podest.<br>Dodali sme nielen zdvih\u00e1k a hriade\u013e, ale vykonali sme aj mont\u00e1\u017e pripraven\u00fa na pou\u017eitie.<\/p>\n          <p>Ako m\u00f4\u017eete vidie\u0165 na tomto projekte, st\u013apov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0165ah nevy\u017eaduje jamu v zemi. V\u010faka technol\u00f3gii vertik\u00e1lneho zdv\u00edhania in\u0161talovanej v sto\u017eiari m\u00f4\u017ee plo\u0161ina za\u010d\u00edna\u0165 100 mm nad \u00farov\u0148ou zeme.<\/p>\n          <p>T\u00fato 100 mm medzeru z \u00farovne haly na plo\u0161inu sme pre tohto z\u00e1kazn\u00edka vyrie\u0161ili rampou. N\u00e1\u0161 zdv\u00edha\u010d sa d\u00e1 postavi\u0165 na podlahu haly alebo sa d\u00e1 vytvori\u0165 ve\u013emi n\u00edzka jama. V z\u00e1vislosti od kon\u0161trukcie si dok\u00e1\u017eeme poradi\u0165 s h\u013abkou jamy 100 mm.<\/p>\n          <p>V tomto projekte sa musel proces zdv\u00edhania uskuto\u010dni\u0165 ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu sme na oboch podest\u00e1ch nain\u0161talovali automaticky otv\u00e1rate\u013en\u00e9 rolety, ktor\u00e9 sa daj\u00fa otvori\u0165 stla\u010den\u00edm tla\u010didla. Samozrejme, dvere sa otvoria len vtedy, ke\u010f je plo\u0161ina v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej polohe.<br>Okrem toho sa v porovnan\u00ed so \u0161tandardnou verziou v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161ila r\u00fdchlos\u0165 zdv\u00edhania.<\/p>\n          <p>Aby sme zabezpe\u010dili, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 hydraulick\u00fd pohonn\u00fd motor a riadiaci syst\u00e9m nebud\u00fa z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi prek\u00e1\u017ea\u0165, presunuli sme hriade\u013e z <b>St\u013apikov\u00fd zdvih\u00e1k pre bremen\u00e1<\/b> v spodnej \u010dasti o nie\u010do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed. To n\u00e1m umo\u017enilo umiestni\u0165 riadiacu jednotku a motor za st\u013ap do chr\u00e1nen\u00e9ho priestoru. Na str\u00e1nke <b>Zdvih\u00e1k st\u013apcov <\/b>bol priamo <b>na podlahe haly<\/b> namontovan\u00e9. Nakladanie sa uskuto\u010d\u0148uje pomocou nami dodanej rampy a klasick\u00e9ho paletov\u00e9ho voz\u00edka.<\/p>\n          <p>Obe zast\u00e1vky boli vybaven\u00e9 dvojkr\u00eddlov\u00fdmi oce\u013eov\u00fdmi dverami s pozit\u00edvnymi kontaktmi.
