To st\u00e1le znie pomerne jednoducho a d\u00e1 sa to realizova\u0165 pomocou <b><a href=\"http:\/\/hubtisch.info\/sk\/\" title=\"Zdv\u00edhac\u00ed st\u00f4l\">Zdv\u00edhac\u00ed st\u00f4l<\/a><\/b> alebo <b>Zdvih\u00e1k st\u013apcov<\/b> v uzavretej \u0161achte.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 stanovil, \u017ee \u017eiadna \u0161achta nesmie by\u0165 postaven\u00e1 na pr\u00edzem\u00ed, t. j. priamo v dielni. Zdv\u00edha\u010d bremien sa musel zaob\u00eds\u0165 aj bez \u0161achty v podlahe, preto\u017ee priestor musel zosta\u0165 \u010diasto\u010dne vyu\u017eite\u013en\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n        <p>V spolupr\u00e1ci s \u00faradmi a autorizovan\u00fdm stavebn\u00fdm in\u017einierom sme na\u0161li, nain\u0161talovali a odovzdali skvel\u00e9 zdv\u00edhacie rie\u0161enie pre n\u00e1\u0161ho spokojn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Nosnos\u0165 <b>Tovarov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0165ah<\/b> Hmotnos\u0165 bola relat\u00edvne n\u00edzka, 250 kg \u2013 \u013eahko tu preprav\u00edme nieko\u013eko ton. Plo\u0161ina mala rozmery 2350 x 1500 mm. Prev\u00fd\u0161enie bolo 3900 mm. Tento otvor sme okam\u017eite zmerali a skontrolovali. Taktie\u017e sme zmerali rozdiel \u00farovne podlahy medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma \u00farov\u0148ami, aby sme sa uistili, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eeme nain\u0161talova\u0165 spr\u00e1vne rie\u0161enie. <b>Zdvih\u00e1k n\u00e1kladu<\/b> boli schopn\u00ed pon\u00faknu\u0165.<\/p>\n          <p>Po vykonan\u00ed prirodzen\u00fdch meran\u00ed sme so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom prediskutovali, \u010do je potrebn\u00e9 zdvihn\u00fa\u0165, ak\u00e9 \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 a ak\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 s\u00fa diely. V z\u00e1vislosti od ve\u013ekosti v\u00fd\u0165ahu alebo miestnych podmienok (ve\u013ekosti dver\u00ed, pr\u00edstupnos\u0165, \u0161\u00edrka uli\u010dky at\u010f.) m\u00f4\u017eeme plo\u0161inu doda\u0165 s demontovan\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm.<\/p>\n          <p>Vo v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch m\u00f4\u017eeme sto\u017eiar doda\u0165 aj v delenom vyhotoven\u00ed.<\/p>\n          <p>V\u010faka tomuto projektu sme mohli <b>Zdvih\u00e1k<\/b> z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi kompletne zmontovan\u00e9 a nastaven\u00e9 s ochrann\u00fdm obalom. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee mont\u00e1\u017e je r\u00fdchlej\u0161ia a minimalizuje sa po\u0161kodenie.<\/p>\n          <p>Po <b>Nastavenie st\u013apov\u00e9ho v\u00fd\u0165ahu<\/b> obal sa \u010diasto\u010dne odstr\u00e1ni a m\u00f4\u017ee sa za\u010da\u0165 mont\u00e1\u017e. Vpredu sme nain\u0161talovali dvojkr\u00eddlov\u00fa pletivov\u00fa br\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n          <p>Vzh\u013eadom na kladn\u00fd kontakt na dver\u00e1ch sa daj\u00fa otvori\u0165 len vtedy, ke\u010f <b>Zdvih\u00e1k st\u013apcov<\/b> je v hornej polohe. Str\u00e1nka <b><a href=\"http:\/\/hubtisch.info\/sk\/nakladny-vytah-na-3-poschodiach\/\" title=\"Tovarov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0165ah na 3 poschodiach\">Tovarov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0165ah<\/a> bez jamy<\/b> od\u00ed\u010fte len vtedy, ke\u010f s\u00fa dvere zatvoren\u00e9.<\/p>\n          <p>T\u00fato funkciu monitoruje n\u00e1\u0161 kontroln\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n          <p>Na hornej plo\u0161ine sa nenach\u00e1dza \u017eiadna prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 jednotka, preto\u017ee odtia\u013e nie je vidie\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00fa z\u00f3nu pod plo\u0161inou.
